Wholewheat flour, oats, no eggs, no butter, and minimal sugar… a great treat for Baby S. They’re good for adults, too, so don’t cheat yourself out of these healthy and wholesome snacks. Just make sure to increase the amount of blueberries the recipe calls for… I did and the decision did not disappoint.

Go make yourself some. They’ll put a smile on that sweet mug of yours.

oooh, yum! syd’s best buddy is allergic to eggs, so it’s always nice to stumble across egg-free baking recipes for her!

I have a question. Did you use regular whole wheat flour or whole wheat pastry flour? If you have whole wheat pastry flour where did you get it? I have been looking for whole wheat pastry flour for awhile and I can’t find it anywhere. I know it is a weird question but supposedly whole wheat pastry flour is finer and gives baked goods a better texture.
